Requirements:
Candidates complete the two-day ABR course plus one elective course, pass a written exam on agency representation, act as a buyer’s representative in five documented transactions within three years and be a REALTOR and Real Estate Buyers Agent Council member. See www.rebac.net for complete details.
ABR Course (Required)
Become an efficient and profitable buyer’s representative. This course covers agency relationships, policy options, disclosure requirements and negotiating skills. (Tuition includes first year’s REBAC dues – a $110 value).
