Foreclosure: Prevention and Opportunities for Buyer-Clients

Real estate foreclosures have been on the rise. In this course, you'll learn how to counsel home-buying clients on the perils of risky finance programs. You'll also discover how to develop a plan to mesh foreclosure property into your listing/selling business and work with buyer clients who want to take advantage of foreclosure properties.

CE credit: 6 hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Cost: $175 Members/$200 Non-Members.
Save $25 by registering at least ten days prior ($150 Members/$175 Non-Members).

This program is an elective for the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.
