Instructor Training Institute (ITI)

This three-day intensive program will help you develop or enhance your skills as an instructor. You'll learn how to deliver information in the most meaningful ways to meet the needs of a diverse audience. Participants will develop and deliver instructional presentations that will be videotaped and evaluated in order to improve techniques. You will also learn how to create and organize content, develop learning objectives, incorporate participatory activities and use visual aids to create effective learning experiences. 

For those who are not currently New York State approved real estate instructors, this course provides up to 50 points in the "formal training in the techniques of organizing and presenting instructional material" category on the Department of State Real Estate Instructor Application.

Audience: This program is designed for potential, new or practicing instructors who wish to enhance their skills.
