To earn the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification:
  • Be a member in good standing of NAR.
  • Complete the Pricing Strategies course.
  • Complete two free webinars.
  • Submit a one-time application and fee of $179.

    Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA Course

    Description: The 21st century has presented multiple challenges to the real estate industry, notably a housing boom and rising property values in the early 2000s, followed by economic decline, mortgage defaults and a very unsettled marketplace that has only recently begun to stabilize.  Determining property values depends more than ever on professional expertise and competence, the best use of technology tools and a commitment to approaching the pricing assignment from all relevant perspectives.  This course is designed to help residential real estate agents and brokers enhance their skills in providing clients property pricing guidance, creating CMAs, working with appraisers and educating clients on potential misconceptions about home values.
