Local Board/Association Promotion of UBS Financial in 2017

Per NYSAR CEO Duncan MacKenzie’s December 12, 2016 email, NYSAR is offering a $500 expense reimbursement to local board/association executive officers attending either NAR’s AEI or the NYSAR AE Conference in Saratoga from July 10-12.

To qualify for the expense reimbursement, you need only to commit to promoting NYSAR Member Perks partner UBS Financial Services. NYSAR makes no profit from this program, it is purely promoted for the benefit of our shared members.  As you may know, 2017 NAR President Bill Brown has made promoting retirement planning for REALTOR members one of his four top priorities.
Below, you’ll find marketing collateral from NYSAR’s Marketing Department to make this as easy as possible to implement.

1. Email with additional images in the layout
2. Email header
3. Image of the retirement article from the July/August issue of New York State REALTOR
4. Banner ad for use in email or on your website
5. Social media image

If you require something else, please contact Director of Marketing Kristen Pooler at and she’ll do her best to accommodate your request within one business week.
It will be on the honor system that you have participated, but we would love to see how you’re promoting the program. We would also appreciate you passing along any data (ie. email response rate, website clicks, Facebook likes) or feedback you receive from members.

To receive your reimbursement, simply complete and return NYSAR’s Reimbursement Form and submit it to Erica Means at after the event. Please take a moment to also review NYSAR’s travel policy
