The New York State REALTOR magazine is NYSAR’s premier member publication used as a source of technical information, industry trends and related news as well as legislative issues. It is an 8 ½” x 11”, saddle-stitched, four-color, bimonthly publication that is mailed to all NYSAR members. All advertising is handled through Naylor Communications, a national leader in professional communications services for associations. Special placements and editorial adjacencies are available and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

E-News paid sponsorship

This semimonthly e-newsletter is e-mailed to all members with e-mail addresses in NYSAR’s database. E-News contains industry news and association updates. The sponsorship message includes a paragraph of 50 words advertising your company, product or service with a link to your website.

The New York State Association of REALTORS website at http://www.nysar.com/ averages approximately 13,000 hits per month generated by more than 9,000 unique visitors per month. All ad placements are sold on a quarterly basis and many primary page placement options are available including:

NYSAR’s Annual Convention and Expo — Triple Play

NYSAR’s Annual Convention and Expo, Triple Play, is held in conjunction with the New Jersey and Pennsylvania state associations. It is the largest annual convention and trade show of its type in the U.S. and is the premier event for the real estate industry in the tri-state area. This event features more than 50 educational sessions with industry leaders and more than 495 exhibitor booths. There are exhibiting, advertising and sponsorship opportunities available.

DATE/LOCATION: Dec. 6-8, 2011, at the Atlantic City Convention Center, NJ

REACH: Approximately 10,000 (approx. 2,000 from New York )

Triple Play Exhibiting:

Triple Play attendees are influential - they are brokers, sales agents, owners and managers, who make purchasing decisions. Seventy-five percent (75%) of attendees surveyed ranked gathering information about industry-related products and services at the trade expo as one of their top three reasons for attending.

NYSAR’s Winter and Fall Business Meetings

NYSAR holds business meetings twice annually, bringing together brokers, owners, managers and agents from across New York State. Through various exhibitor and sponsorship levels, affinity partners can have the opportunity to reach these decision-makers.
