Latest News bites into Big Apple listings

Mar 09, 2015 is beefing up its for-sale and for-rent listings in New York City through new partnerships with several prominent New York brokerages, which will bring thousands of New York City listings onto its national database for buyers and renters.

Move Inc., owner of, announced agreements with New York brokerages Bond New York, Brown Harris Stevens, Compass, Halstead Property, and NestSeekers, as well as brokerage listing syndicator RealPlus in boosting the display of New York City real estate listings on  The agreements will generate greater listings on among more than 350 New York brokerage firms.

Empire State housing market stays hot in January

New York State home sales remained strong to start the new year with 8,698 closed sales, falling just shy of the 2017 record for January, according to the annual housing market report released by the New York State Association of REALTORS. The January statewide median sales price of $266,000 represented an increase of 8.4 percent from a year ago. Click here to read more.
