The New York State Society of Real Estate Appraisers (NYSSREA) was organized as an educational division of the New York State Association of REALTORS, Inc. in 1940.
NYSSREA members enjoy two major appraisal conferences each year, discounts on continuing education courses and a quarterly member publication including pertinent information for the practicing appraiser, member news and important meeting and education dates.
NYSSREA is well known throughout the business and academic communities for its John J. Noto Scholarship Awards Program, which provides several deserving applicants with the opportunity to become more knowledgeable in real estate valuation each year.
