You can access the latest issues of NYSSREA's quarterly member publication, NYRealEstateAppraisers.com from this site. NYRealEstateAppraiser.com provides pertinent information for the practicing appraiser, member news and important meeting and education dates.

ASB provides information on Scope of Work
The effective date of the 2006 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) is fast approaching on July 1, 2006. In order to assist with the transition, the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) has issued additional information on Scope of Work. This two-page document, featuring a question and answer format, is available to all interested parties via the foundation website
