Clifton Park REALTOR Jennifer Vucetic appointed as NYSAR Capital Region vice president

Albany, NY – Feb. 10, 2016 – Jennifer Vucetic, GREEN, PMN, SFR, CIPS, CBR, ASP, REDS, of Clifton Park took the oath of office Monday, Feb. 8, as the 2016 Capital Region vice president of the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR) during the association’s inauguration ceremony held in conjunction with its business meetings at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center in Albany, NY.
Vucetic, a REALTOR® for 10 years, is an associate broker with Better Homes and Gardens Tech Valley in Clifton Park, NY. 
Vucetic is a member of the Greater Capital Association of REALTORS® (GCAR), where she has previously served as the public relations chair. She is also an active member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, serving as the New York State Chapter’s 2016 president elect and on the national steering committee. She has previously served as the Capital Region Chapter’s president and the New York State Chapter’s secretary.
At the state level, Vucetic currently serves as the chair of the Communications and Marketing Steering Committee and Forum. She has previously chaired the Second-home, Resort and Global Markets Committee and served on numerous committees including professional standards and legislative policy. She has also served as on the board of directors and is a 2012 graduate of the NYSAR Leadership Academy. 
At the national level, Vucetic has served on the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC).
Vucetic has served on the Clifton Park Zoning Board of Appeals, has been an active member in the Twin Bridges Rotary Club since 2010, serves on the Ellis Hospital Foundation and the Steering Committee for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).

Empire State housing market stays hot in January

New York State home sales remained strong to start the new year with 8,698 closed sales, falling just shy of the 2017 record for January, according to the annual housing market report released by the New York State Association of REALTORS.
