Each year the Appraisal Committee holds a major appraisal conference in New York State. The "Fall Conference" is traditionally held in the central region of the state to allow easy travel and participation.
This conference is an excellent opportunity for members and non-members to network with fellow appraisers, learn the latest trends in real estate valuation, earn appraiser continuing education credit and much more.
During each conference a raffle is held to raise money for Camp Good Days and Special Times, a camp for children with life-threatening illnesses. All proceeds from ticket sales are donated to the camp.
