Arbitration

Since 1913, arbitration of commission/fee disputes has been part of the REALTOR Code of Ethics. Arbitration is conducted by an impartial panel of knowledgeable and trained REALTORS appointed to determine who is entitled to a commission or cooperating fee without going through the costs associated with litigation.
