NYSAR holds business meetings twice annually, bringing together brokers, owners, managers and agents from across New York State. Through various exhibitor and sponsorship levels, your company has the opportunity to reach these decision-makers.

New York State REALTOR magazine

The New York State REALTOR magazine is NYSAR’s premier member publication used as a source of technical information, industry trends and related news as well as legislative issues. It is an 8 ½” x 11”, saddle-stitched, four-color, bimonthly publication that is mailed to all NYSAR members. All advertising is handled through M.J. Mrvica Associates, Inc. Special placements and editorial adjacencies are available and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

NYSAR’s Annual Convention and Expo — Triple Play

NYSAR’s Annual Convention and Expo, Triple Play, is held in conjunction with the New Jersey and Pennsylvania state associations. It is the largest annual convention and trade show of its kind in the U.S. and is the premier event for the real estate industry in the tri-state area. This event features more than 90 educational sessions with industry leaders and more than 300 exhibitor booths. There are exhibiting, advertising and sponsorship opportunities available.

DATE/LOCATION: December 912, 2019, at the Atlantic City Convention Center, NJ

REACH: Approximately 8,000 (approx. 2,000 from New York )


Triple Play Exhibiting:

Triple Play attendees are influential - they are brokers, sales agents, owners and managers, who make purchasing decisions. Triple Play attendees ranked gathering information about industry-related products and services at the trade expo as one of the most important reasons for attending.

COST: $1,500- $2,000
*No price increase since 2008!

Triple Play Advertising:

Exhibit industry research shows that exhibit marketing effectiveness increases 46 percent when an exhibitor supports its booth with pre-show, at-show and post-show advertising. Consider advertising in the official Triple Play Convention Program.

Triple Play Sponsorship:

Sponsorships are a cost-effective way to maximize your exposure and drive traffic to your company and booth. Sponsorship package benefits include: your company name and logo featured on the registration promotional brochure mailed to nearly 130,000 REALTORS, on the Triple Play web site, on a large sign at the exhibit hall entrance, and in the official Triple Play Convention Program; sponsorship mention in all Triple Play press releases.
