July 24 – Hudson Gateway - Mixer

July 31- Greater Rochester – RPAC Luncheon

August 7 – HANFRA & LIBOR – Auction on Fisher’s Island

August 8 – Dutchess County – RPAC Dunking Booth
DCAR’s RPAC Chair, Dan Staley has volunteered himself to take the hot seat on a Dunking Booth to support RPAC during DCAR’s summary BBQ. For details, Contact John Greenan at 845-471-2811.

August 15 – Jefferson Lewis - Wine Tasting, 1,000 Island Winery
Enjoy some wine while enjoying the amazing scenery of the 1,000 Island from Alex Bay! Complete with food, drinks and plenty of fun in the name of RPAC. For details, contact Lance Evans at 315-782-1322.

August 30 – Jefferson Lewis – Whitewater Rafting 2.0.
The second annual Whitewater rafting event for RPAC will launch at 9 a.m. from the Adirondack River Outfitter (ARO) site in Watertown for a 4.5 hour adventure down the Black River. September 12 – LIBOR - Theater Night, Patchogue Theater

Local Board RPAC Event Funding 

If your local board/association is interested in hosting an RPAC fundraising event, the Executive Officer must complete and return the Local Board RPAC Event Funding Request Form to Derick King at dking@nysar.com to request funding in advance. As a reminder, local boards/associations are prohibited from expending local board funds to host RPAC events. Overhead costs for local board RPAC events must be paid for by RPAC.

Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS, the New York State Association of REALTORS or any of its local boards or associations will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by your state PAC to support state and local political candidates. Until your NYSAR PAC reaches its PAC goal, 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after NYSAR PAC reaches its RPAC goal, it may elect to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates.
