REALTOR® Care Week is a program that encourages exterior home repairs for eligible REALTOR® member homeowners. This is a great way for members to give back to our REALTOR® family and the local community through improvements including landscaping and outdoor cleanup to minor repairs. Ultimately, the projects not only restore a homeowner’s pride, but also instill a revitalizing momentum in the community.

NYSAR encourages the local boards/associations in New York State to coordinate a project in your community specifically targeting eligible REALTOR® members in need of minor exterior home improvements. Local boards/associations should arrange for; volunteers to organize the project, materials, contractors or other workers if necessary, and provide duties to REALTOR® volunteers on the project days. The boards/associations will also be responsible for collecting applications and selecting the REALTOR® member’s home(s) that the volunteers will be working on.

To support this effort, NYSAR will provide up to $1,000 to help cover project expenses. In order to deliver a collective PR effort, please plan your project during the week of June 17-22, 2019.
