The New York State Association of REALTORS’ 2019 Mid-Winter Business Meetings will be held Sunday, February 10 through Thursday, February 14, 2019 at the Desmond Hotel & Conference Center, Albany, NY.

1. Login to Your username is your 9-digit NRDS number and your password is your your last name. (It is case sensitive) From the "Events" dropdown menu, select "Upcoming Meetings" and then follow the instructions on the page to continue.

2. Mail or fax this registration form as per the provided instructions.

Please visit NYSAR's on-site registration desk located in the King Street Courtyard to check in and receive your name badge and final agenda. Attendees who purchased tickets to the Inaugural Dinner will receive them upon check-in.

Registration Reminders & Deadlines

Inaugural Dinner: Tickets will cost $75 until February 1. After 2/1, tickets will be sold for $85.

Local Board/Association Leadership Conference: Free! Pre-registration is required. 

Instructor Development Program: This session is designed for NYSAR and local board/association instructors. Pre-registration by February 1 is required to ensure the availability of materials. A fee of $25 applies.

RPAC VIP Lounge: Cost: $250 investment or pledge. 

Desktop, Hybrids & Evaluations: Can NY REALTORS Compete? Appraisal CE session: 3 hours real estate and appraiser CE pending. Cost: $50. 

Legal Update: Free! 1.5 hours CE credit. Pre-register by February 1 to ensure seating.

Local board/association presidents are invited to join host Moses Seuram, NYSAR's 2019 president, for an extra networking opportunity during the Leadership Conference.

Sunday, 1 p.m.-5 p.m. & Monday, 8 a.m. - Noon
Designed for local board/association leadership teams and directors, this conference provides direction for forging strong partnerships in order to achieve goals, tackle issues and address challenges that are regularly faced by board/association leadership. The Conference continues Monday from 8 a.m.- Noon.

Leadership Reception
Sunday, 5-6 p.m.

Members attending the Local Board/Association Leadership Conference are invited to enjoy a complimentary cocktail and hors d’oeuvres while networking.

Appraisal Roundtables
Monday, 11 a.m.-Noon

Legal Update

During the session, NYSAR Legal Counsel Anthony Gatto, Esq. will provide an informative update on current legal issues. Pre-register by February 1 to ensure seating and earn your free CE credit. First-come, first-served.

President's Reception
Monday, 6-7 p.m.
All attendees are welcome to attend the President's Reception for networking, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

Inaugural Dinner
Monday, 7- 10 p.m.

Desktops, Hybrids & Evaluations: Can NY REALTORS Compete? (3 hours of appraiser and real estate CE pending)
Tuesday, 9 a.m.-Noon
This course defines what each of these products are and how they are used; provides a history of how we got here and what the future holds; summarizes the role of the agent and appraiser and their respective license requirements.Submitted for 3 hours of appraiser and real estate CE. Pre-registration and $50 fee applies.

General Session
Tuesday, 2-3:30 p.m.
This must-attend session will include President Moses Seuram's State of the Association address, the presentation of the Lawrence B. Caldwell RPAC Award, the 2018 Community Service Award and a national update from NAR President John Smaby. 

Communications, Marketing & Technology Forum
Tuesday, 4-5:30 p.m.
Jason Normandin will present "Blockchain, Cryptocurrency and the Impact on the Transaction."
Jason has over 20 years of IT industry experience and has worked for the National Association of REALTORS® in various capacities which include application development, Manager of the Web Technologies group, Managing Director of the Center for REALTOR® Technologies and Project Manager for RAMCO.
