NYSAR hires Liz Celeone, Esq. as associate counsel

Albany, NY – November 13, 2015 – The New York State Association of REALTORS (NYSAR) is pleased to announce that Liz Celeone, Esq. of Schaghticoke, NY has joined the association as associate counsel. Celeone will assist NYSAR’s general counsel in providing services to members, conduct legal research and author articles for association publications.
 
Celeone worked for the law firm of Wertime, Ries & Van Ullen in Latham, NY prior to joining NYSAR. She has a juris doctorate degree from Albany Law School.

Empire State home sales stay at elevated level during April

Against the backdrop of fewer homes on the market, homebuyers in New York State closed 8,640 sales during April, falling only 2.6 percent from April 2017. The median sales price growth trend continued, increasing by nearly 12 percent compared to last April to reach $260,000 for the month. Click here to read more.
