NYSAR’s Government Affairs department maintains a presence in New York City government, working to protect REALTOR® interests before the Mayor and NYC Council. NYSAR retains a NYC based lobbyist who works to promote pro-REALTOR® legislation and to defeat legislation that would adversely affect NYC members and the real estate industry.
