This course provides a wealth of resources and exercises on business etiquette, developing an inclusive business plan, and strengthening relationships with a diverse clientele. Discover how to work successfully with and within a rapidly changing multicultural market. Learn about diversity sensitivity, how it applies to U.S. fair housing laws in your business, and ways to develop professional guidelines for working with people in the increasingly multicultural real estate market. This course satisfies both the NYS Fair Housing training and Cultural Competency CE requirements for license renewal. AHWD course may be used as an elective for the ABR and the CIPS designations.
CE Credit: 6 hours, including 3 in Fair Housing and 2 in Cultural Competency
