Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) course
The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
Seller Representative Specialist Designation requirements:
- Complete the SRS required course.
- NAR membership in good standing.
- Pass an elective course – may be any GRI course, or hold the ABR or SRES designation or AHWD, e-PRO, MRP, PSA, RSPS or SFR certification.
- Have at least three documented, completed transactions where you acted solely as a seller’s representative.
- Submit the designation application with proof of three transactions to REBI.
- SRS designees are required to pay yearly dues – dues is waived the first year, thereafter it is $99 per year
