The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation.  Designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance, the designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational criteria. Reinvent the way you represent sellers. From effective prospecting, generational marketing, compensation policies, listing models, and preparing for the presentation all the way through to closing, this course will provide a blueprint for a successful transaction. Satisfies New York State 2-hour Agency coursework requirement.

Seller Representative Specialist Designation requirements:

  • Complete the SRS required course.
  • NAR membership in good standing.
  • Pass an approved elective course – may be any GRI course, or hold the ABR or SRES designation or AHWD, e-PRO, MRP, PSA, RSPS or SFR certification.
  • Submit the designation application with documentation of elective course if it is not a REBI course.
  • SRS designees are required to pay yearly dues – dues is waived the first year, thereafter it is $99 per year
