Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification
Enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating and mastering CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values with NAR’s Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. This course is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations.
To earn the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification:
- Be a member in good standing of NAR.
- Complete the Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA course
- Submit a one-time application and fee of $179.
Earn the PSA and receive:
- Use of the PSA logo and name.
- Listing in the Find a PSA directory and differentiation on the REALTOR.com and REALTOR.org websites.
- A quarterly e-newsletter.
- Customizable marketing materials and press releases.
- Access to the private PSA networking and referrals Facebook group.
